Engineered with IMM triple-junction GaAs solar cells, our modules combine 35 μm ultra-thin bendable wafers (minimum bending radius 35 mm) and ultra-low areal weight, reaching ≥30%AM0 efficiency for rectangular cells and ≥28% for irregular cells. Capable of steady operation at -90℃ to +80℃, they offer flexible, semi-rigid and rigid customizable modules covering sizes from 50 mm×100 mm to 1 m×2 m for diverse aerospace and near-space applications.
