Overview

HelioFold supplies space-grade ultra-thin cover glass (UTG) , our lead material for deployable solar arrays, alongside SCPI film, HJT cells, and space-grade adhesives.

UTG offers high optical transmission and proven radiation shielding in a thinner, lighter format than conventional glass. SCPI adds a flexible, transparent alternative with 92%+ transmittance and atomic oxygen resistance.

We serve spacecraft OEMs and solar array integrators pushing power-to-weight performance in LEO, GEO, and beyond.
