Overview

A 10 Gbps lasercom solution based on commercial 1550 nm telecom components. The µLCT boasts a SEL threshold of > 60 MeV-cm2/mg, SEFI immunity, and a 30 krad (Si) total ionizing dose tolerance with the option of reaching up to 100 krad (Si). Additionally, it incorporates Space Micro’s modem, point and track electronics, optical pointing assembly and temperature compensated fiber collimating optics.
