Aluminized Teflon®, also known as FEP or fluorinated ethylene propylene film, is suitable for use in internal MLI layers or as a Flexible Optical Solar Reflector (FOSR). It is ideal for LEO missions with an operating temperature range of -185°C to 150°C.

• Maximum film width is 60 inches

• This product can be perforated

• Aluminum can be single-sided or double-sided

Qualification & Testing

• This product meets NASA requirements for low thermal vacuum outgassing (ASTM E-595) where TML <1.0% and CVCM <0.1%.
